Shay Lake building sites
We have several building parcels at Shay Lake. Lot sizes are about 90 ft along the road and about 180 feet deep. We have one lot that is all wooded and two that are mostly open. The lots are on a public and paved road. The parcels are high and dry and about 300 feet from the water. Being on the hill, all parcels overlook the entire lake. Shay Lake is a poor quality lake for swimming and water sports and a fine lake for fishing. The lake has about 150 small retirement cottages and homes around the lake.
The asking price is $5,000.00 per lot.
The lake is located near Silverwood and Mayville, Michigan or about 70 miles north of Detroit and about 25 miles north of Lapeer, Michigan. It is in a rural area surronded by mostly rolling farm land.
